I have now made these recipes twice, except I haven't followed the pork recipe but I will next time. It is a lot of work so if you live near a Cafe Rio I would just go and buy one and enjoy it. For those of us who are not so fortunate it is fun every once and awhile. This recipe will feed you more than once
